Description of the classes

Yoga for Beginners
In this class you learn the basic asanas and breathing techniques. With simple exercises and conscious breathing you stretch and strengthen your body and step by step expand your awareness about it. Moreover, the mind is also getting stretched and strengthened. Be ready to surprise yourself!
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga is an excellent practice during pregnancy and a perfect preparation for giving birth. The exercises can prevent typical discomforts during pregnancy and can reduce hormonal imbalances. Yoga stimulates your metabolism and oxygen supply. Your musculature is being stretched and strengthened. During the whole practice the well-being of you and your baby are always highest priority, which is also supported by a conscious breathing.
You don’t need any experience in yoga to attend this class.
Postnatal Yoga
After you gave birth, you and your baby are very welcome to join the Postnatal Yoga. With specific postures and breathing techniques we strengthen your pelvic floor as well as your core including back, stomach and pelvic muscles. In some exercises our baby can even join you. In the beginning and at the end of this class is always time for some good relaxation.
You don’t need any experience in yoga to attend this class.
Business Yoga
Lack of time and pressure to perform generate stress which in itself is productive to a certain extent. If, however, it becomes dominating, stress affects the natural body functions and your work performance and health begin to suffer.

In a private yoga class we can focus on your personal needs and adapt the exercises very precisely to your fitness level and physical limitations. No matter, if you are beginner or advanced practitioner – a private class is always a very intensive way to practice yoga.
Yoga for Children
Yoga for children is also a holistic practice. It supports in a playful way with lots of fun the motoric, psychosocial, cognitive and linguistic development of your child. Your child learns excellent techniques for a healthy self-development.
